Special batch inspection on industrial site

Through an industrial client, Buro Antares received the request to apply a large batch of soil again in a professional manner via a tender procedure. The statement based on a tender procedure is one of the environmental declarations regarding soil quality to determine the environmental hygienic quality of a batch of soil or a batch of mining material. The Soil Quality Regulation 2022 (Rbk 2022) sets requirements for the execution and issuance of an environmental soil quality declaration according to the implementation of BRL 1.000.

To reach a conclusion based on a party trial, there are three steps.

1. Before the voting takes place, we first conduct preliminary research into the (origin) location of the party.
2. Based on this, we determine whether additional parameters should be investigated in addition to the standard AP04 package and PFAS, such as organochlorine pesticides (OCB) or asbestos. Of course, all of our sample takers are familiar with the most up-to-date version of the PFAS sampling protocol and have expertise in identifying asbestos, and we can therefore adjust the appropriate buffer times in advance so that a large-scale asbestos investigation is not necessary immediately.
3. Afterwards, implementation and final issuance of the environmental declaration for the soil quality will take place.

Once again, another beautiful reusable batch of approximately 40,000 m3 of fine sand for use in the Rotterdam ports!
