What is an ADR safety advisor?
Any company that sends or transports dangerous substances by road, or that carries out the related activities (packaging, loading, filling or unloading), must appoint a safety advisor. This advisor is responsible for ensuring the correct application of the ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road).
The law does not require the safety advisor to be employed by your company. You can also hire the advisor externally. Buro Antares offers this option.
