Direct lines of communication, quick turnaround Through Tamoil, 50 service stations and a fuel depot were taken over from HaCe (Esso service stations). An agreement was concluded between the parties. Based on soil research, the purchasing party estimated the environmental and remediation damage.
Buro Antares conducted a second opinion on the determined environmental and remediation damage. This included a critical review of the property situation, (rental) contracts and the contamination situation. The findings were reported and these were used to estimate the costs (counter-proposal). The counter-proposal was used by an independent third party to complete the transaction.
