Door Tamoil zijn 50 tankstations en een brandstoffendepot overgenomen van HaCe (Esso-tankstations). Tussen de partijen was een overeenkomst gesloten. Door de kopende partij is, op basis van bodemonderzoek, de milieu- en saneringsschade geraamd.<\/p>\n

Buro Antares heeft een second opinion uitgevoerd van de vastgestelde milieu- en saneringsschade. Hierbij is kritisch gekeken naar de eigendomssituatie, (huur)contracten en verontreinigingssituatie. De bevindingen zijn gerapporteerd en hiermee zijn de kosten geraamd (tegenvoorstel).
